In April 2015 Sound Idea began working on Capital Africa’s new website. Capital Africa is a recruitment firm that had a specific range of needs. They needed a Job Search function on the website, a page where applicants can submit their CV’s as well as a dynamic and lively website with a gripping layout.
The design includes industrial elements like cogs and earthy, friendly colours were used. Elements such as the changing home page banners, ticker feed moving across the page, a news feed and many images give the website a bustling appearance.
The user friendly and logical functionality makes it easy to go from one page to the next in search of information and to navigate around effortlessly. The website took a mere month to complete due to the diligence of our team.
We have also done a thorough Search Engine Optimization for the entire website thus ensuring positive rankings are reached on Google. A detailed report is compiled monthly through Google Analytics to see how the website has been performing. The information includes: number of visitors to the website; keywords searched; popular landing pages; etc. This gives us a better idea of Capital Africa’s market and how we can optimise the website to perform at its best.
We are in the process of creating two more websites for Capital Africa, written in Portuguese and French. These will be launched soon.
